We got to hang out at the 2012 Farm & Forest Expo in Manchester, NH this morning. Lots of great tractors, equipment, animals, and even some maple syrup makers. A good time and a great way to tucker out the little ones.

I had a little less than a gallon of sap from my test taps, but I had the fever! So this is what a gallon of sap boils down to in 1 hour and 19 minutes on the stove top. Amazing!
